Refunds

There’s no trial, so if Overswan isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it, no questions asked.
How to ask
- Email support@overswan.app from the address you bought with, or reply to your purchase email. Your order number helps, but isn’t required.
What happens next
- Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, processes the refund, back to the way you paid. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- When a purchase is refunded, its license stops working on every Mac it was activated on.
After 14 days
Write to us if something isn’t working and we’ll help. Nothing here takes away a right to cancel or to a refund that the law where you live gives you. The Terms cover the rest of your purchase.
